A school of real home-made Bolognese cuisine to appreciate the taste and flavors of Bologna.
At Bologna Cooking School we offer the way to better appreciate the “Cucina Bolognese “. Classes are informal and full of warmth .
Each participant will make and then taste the specialties of Traditional Bologna Cooking:
- Hand made egg pasta (tagliatelle, tortellini e tortelloni, e lasagne alla bolognese)
- The real Bolognese Sauce (Ragù alla Bolognese), prepared during the lesson
- Parmigiano Reggiano and Aceto Balsamico
At the end of the lesson: a collection of recipes just made, certificate of participation and a rich lunch or dinner , with the specialties made during the class.
Together with important wines of the area.
The lessons are in Italian or English . Our courses are very personal and limited to 2-6 people , but we can also arrange a private lesson .
